Experience and Perspective
ROQ is led by Shafk Malik, who has over ten years’ experience spanning across civil engineering, planning and development, institutional investment, and hands-on residential development.
This breadth of experience provides a practical, commercially grounded perspective across the development lifecycle, allowing opportunities to be assessed holistically and projects to be progressed with a clear understanding of planning, cost, risk and delivery.
